OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Exquisite Living online is dedicated to your total satisfaction. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

• All pricing is in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Please note that pricing and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice. If an item is out of stock, Exquisite Living will contact you to either select an alternative product or offer a refund.

You can be assured of secure shopping at Exquisite Living. We have chosen PayPal, an eBay company because of it's worldwide reputation for security and service delivery. The PayPal Service is an online payment service currently available in 56 countries (including Australia), permitting any business or consumer with an email address and a credit card to securely, conveniently, and cost effectively send and receive payments online. The PayPal Service lets users send payments for free and can be used from PCs or Web-enabled mobile phones.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer instead, please use our Exquisite living order form. Your goods will be dispatched as soon as your funds have cleared in our bank account.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, providing that goods are in stock. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.
An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address. Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Deliveries within Australia
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make. So if by any chance you wish to return an item, you can do so within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Customers must contact Exquisite Living for a returns acceptance number prior to agreement for any returns to take place. The Item must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. We will not exchange or refund items that are not in perfect condition or have been used or washed.. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to Exquisite Living in its original condition to us at:
Exquisite Living advises all customers returning items to use a recorded or registered delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items that may be lost or damaged in the post.
• Exquisite Living owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error
• Exquisite Living shall not be liable to the Customer, or to any other person whomsoever, for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly in connection with the Products, other than expressly imposed by statute in terms of which it is not possible to limit or exclude liability
• Due to changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability, and price stability we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice
Obligations of the Customer
• As a Customer of Exquisite Living, you must provide current, complete, and accurate information about yourself at all times
• In the event that any part of these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid, unlawful or un-enforceable to any extent, such terms or conditions shall be severed from the remaining terms and conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law
• Exquisite Living and the Customer agree that the terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. Exquisite Living collects customer data which is provided voluntarily by our customers to be used for marketing and promotional use only and at no time do we ever provide your account, contact or payment information to any third party vendor. Customers are only added to our email and mailing list if they opt to register. Customers have the option to be removed from the list at any time.
